Lee Coleman has spent over 40 years fighting for injured people and building the platform to do it at scale.
As Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Hughes & Coleman Injury Lawyers, Lee grew the firm from a single office into a multi-state practice with a reputation for strong client advocacy and consistent results. His background as a former prosecutor laid the foundation for a trial-focused approach that has defined his career.
Along the way, Lee has:
- Earned the AV Rating from Martindale-Hubbell — the highest distinction in attorney rankings
- Successfully argued before the Kentucky Supreme Court, winning a unanimous ruling on First Amendment rights for injury firms
- Founded M&L Legal Marketing & Management, a national seminar for personal injury firm leaders
At Orion, Lee provides strategic guidance on growth, legal operations, and scaling a modern personal injury platform.
Outside of work, Lee keeps an active lifestyle — traveling, golfing, bicycling, and hitting the ski slopes. He and his wife JoAnn, a retired Warren District Court Judge, have three sons, two of whom followed him into personal injury law, and six grandchildren.
